cancellation & no show policy

At First Class Health, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, allowing us to provide personalised care and maintain a high standard of service for all patients.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled consultation fee.

Where possible, we will attempt to offer the appointment time to another patient. If the appointment can be filled, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation time to ensure the practitioner remains on schedule for following appointments. The full consultation fee will still apply.
