These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities associated with receiving care at First Class Health. By booking an appointment with First Class Health, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Professional Services
First Class Health provides osteopathic healthcare services delivered by an AHPRA-registered osteopath in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
Our consultations are designed to provide personalised, evidence-informed care based on your individual health concerns, goals, and circumstances.
Appointments and Payments
Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient. Payment is required at the time of consultation.
First Class Health accepts secure payments via Stripe, including major credit and debit cards.
Private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. Following payment, a receipt will be provided for eligible patients to submit directly to their health fund.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the scheduled consultation fee.

Informed Consent
Before providing care, your practitioner will discuss your assessment findings, recommended treatment approach, and any relevant risks or benefits.
Treatment will only proceed with your informed consent. You have the right to ask questions, decline treatment, or withdraw consent at any time.
Patient Responsibilities
To support safe and effective care, patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, current symptoms, medications, and any relevant medical conditions.
Patients are encouraged to communicate openly with their practitioner regarding their goals, concerns, and response to care.

While First Class Health is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-informed care, individual outcomes vary. No specific recovery timeframe or result can be guaranteed.
